Automotive ASFETs

Nexperia Automotive ASFETs are Application-Specific MOSFETs optimized for specific use cases. As designers push the boundaries of application performance, it is increasingly crucial to understand how the MOSFET will be used in the application. In the past, a standard power switch with a given Figure of Merit (R_DS(on) x Q_g) would essentially work in any application.
