The device can be connected directly to a microprocessor, eliminating the need for A/D converters or timing resources. MEMSIC MMC5603NJ is available in a wafer-level package with an ultra-small size of 0.8mm x 0.8mm x 0.4mm and a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
