Silicon Labs EFR32xG29 Series 2 Wireless System-on-Chips (SoCs), including the EFR32MG29 and EFR32BG29 variants, are advanced multi-protocol wireless solutions designed for high-performance, low-power applications in the Internet of Things (IoT) space. These SoCs feature a powerful Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone® technology, offering enhanced security and efficient processing. The components support a wide range of wireless protocols, including Zigbee®, Thread, BLUETOOTH® Low Energy (LE), and proprietary 2.4GHz protocols, making the SoCs ideal for smart home, industrial, and commercial applications. With up to 1024KB of flash and 256KB of RAM, the EFR32xG29 devices provide ample memory for complex applications and over-the-air updates.
