Vishay General Semiconductor SMPC TO-277A Schottky Barrier Rectifiers provide high efficiency and high forward current ratings in a compact, space-saving package. The small 4.8mm x 6.7mm x 1.1mm size is ideal for automated placement. These surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifiers offer high current density, low thermal resistance, low forward voltage drop, and low power losses. Vishay General Semiconductor SMPC TO-277A Schottky Barrier Rectifiers meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, with an LF maximum peak of 260°C. Applications include switching mode power supplies, freewheeling diodes, DC-DC converters, and polarity protection.

V12P10 Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductor V12P10 Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers are Surface Mount Devices (SMD) with high current density. These rectifiers feature very low-profile 1.1mm (typical), high-efficiency operation, low forward voltage drop, and low power losses. Typical applications include low-voltage high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.The AEC-Q101 qualified V12P10 Schottky rectifiers offer ultra low 0.43VF at 5A IF. These V12P10 Schottky rectifiers are available in 7" diameter plastic tape and reel packaging and are available in a TO-277A packaging.
