HRHA Charging Resistors for EV Hybrid Wirewound Technology

Vishay MCB HRHA Charging Resistors for EV Hybrid Wirewound Technology feature a high energy/volume ratio and are AEC-Q200 qualified. The Vishay MCB HRHA Charging Resistors are designed for precharge, discharge, and active discharge resistors in industrial and automotive appliances. The series has a 90W power rating on stainless steel and a 54W rating on Pamitherm. These hybrid wirewound resistors operate over a temperature range of -55°C to +250°C.
