Microchip Technology SAM4Cx Dual Arm® Cortex®-M4 Core SoCs

Microchip Technology SAM4Cx Dual Arm® Cortex®-M4 Core SoCs are system-on-chip solutions built for smart energy applications. Microchip’s smart energy platform brings a unique, multi-level architecture centered around the SAM4Cx series of microcontrollers. These integrated solutions manage various functions that include analog-to-digital conversion, digital signal processing, wireless connectivity to home and neighborhood networks, and security.

The Microchip SAM4Cx SoCs offer two high-performance 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4 RISC processors. These devices operate at a maximum speed of 120MHz, and embed up to 2Mbytes of Flash and up to 304Kbytes of SRAM. Furthermore, the microcontrollers provide an on-chip cache for each core.
