ABLIC S25A Automotive EEPROMs are SPI serial E²PROMs that operate with high temperatures at high speed with a wide range of operation. The ICs have a 1K-bit, 2K-bit, 4K-bit capacity. They feature an organization of 128 words x 8-bit, 256 words x 8-bit, or 512 words x 8-bit.
