Analog Devices Inc. ADA4097 Over-The-Top™ Precision Op Amps

Analog Devices Inc. ADA4097 Over-The-Top™ Precision Op Amps is a robust, precision, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier with inputs from −VS to +VS and beyond (Over-The-Top). The ADA4097 Op Amps provide offset voltages of <60μV, input bias currents (IB) of <0.3nA, and can operate on single or split supplies that range from 3V to 50V. Additionally, the ADA4097 draws 32.5μA of supply current.

The ADI ADA4097 Op Amps Over-The-Top input stage has robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs tolerate up to 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to dc accuracy. In addition, the operating common-mode input range extends from rail-to-rail and beyond, up to 70V > –VS, independent of the +VS supply.

The ADA4097 is unity-gain stable and drives loads requiring up to 20mA. The device can also drive capacitive loads as large as 200pF and is available with low power shutdown.

The ADA4097 Amps are housed in a standard, 6-lead, thin small outline transistor (TSOT) package.
