Analog Devices Inc. ADPA1105 0.9GHz to 1.6GHz GaN Power Amplifiers

Analog Devices Inc. ADPA1105 GaN Power Amplifiers provide 46dBm (40W) with 60% typical power-added efficiency (PAE) across a bandwidth of 0.9GHz to 1.4GHz. Additionally, the ADPA1105 supports ±0.5dB gain flatness across a bandwidth of 0.9GHz to 1.4GHz.

The ADPA1105 is designed for pulsed applications such as wireless infrastructure, radar, public mobile radio, and general-purpose amplifications. The ADPA1105 is available in a 32-lead, lead frame chip scale package, pre-molded cavity (LFCSP_CAV).
