Analog Devices Inc. DC2135A Demo Board for LTC2378-20 & LT1468

Analog Devices Inc. DC2135A Demonstration Board for the LTC2378-20 ADC and LT1468 Op Amp features a DC-accurate ADC driver circuit that converts a ±10V single-ended input signal into a fully differential signal. This demonstration board is capable of driving the LTC2378-20 Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADC with a combined linearity error of 2ppm.

The LTC2378-20 SAR ADC is a low power, low noise 20-bit ADC with a serial output that operates from a single 2.5V supply. The Analog Devices Inc. DC2135A Demonstration Board shows the recommended grounding, component placement and selection, routing, and bypassing for the ADC. This demonstration board is used with DC890 or DC590 USB controllers. The DC890 USB controller is used if precise sampling rates are required or to demonstrate AC performance such as SNR, THD, SINAD, and SFDR. Whereas the DC590 USB controller is used to look at DC performance or to generate histograms showing peak-to-peak noise.
