Analog Devices Inc. HMC1118 Non-Reflective Silicon Switches

Analog Devices HMC1118 Non-Reflective Silicon Switches offer high resolution (>48dB) within the operating range of 9KHz to 13GHz. The HMC1118 features low insertion loss (0.68dB up to 8.0GHz) and 7.5µs settling time with a 0.05dB margin of final RFOUT. The operating voltage is 0V/3.3V for positive control and -2.5V for negative control. These silicon Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) switches are available in a 3mm x 3mm surface-mount LFCSP package.
