B&K Precision BA601x Battery Analyzers

B&K Precision BA601x Battery Analyzers measure voltage and resistance of battery technologies with high accuracy, resolution, and speed. The BA6010 series includes two models: the BA6010 and BA6011. The two models are the same size, have the same size LCD color touch screen (4.3"), and feature a resistance range of 30mΩ to 3kΩ. Both models use USB and RS232 ports to interface with external equipment and feature an adjustable measurement speed of up to 50 measurements/second.

The BA6010 features a 6V measurement range, ideal for battery cell testing, and the BA6011 supports voltage measurements of battery packs up to 300V. Other battery testers measure only voltage and resistance. The BA601x devices can characterize parameters such as capacitance, providing additional insight into a battery’s condition. These features expand the analyzers' applications to include research and development and automated manufacturing environments.

The Kelvin Clip Test Fixture (sold separately) plugs directly into the BA6010/11 unit, minimizing the influence of the test lead resistance and improving measurement accuracy.
