Broadcom ACPL-M61M 2.5V/3.3V Digital Optocouplers

Broadcom ACPL-M61M 2.5V/3.3V Digital Optocouplers combine LED technology and an integrated high gain photo detector resulting in low power consumption and high operating temperature needs. The ACPL-M61M features a 2.5V/3.3V supply voltage with guaranteed AC and DC operational parameters at full industrial temperature range –40°C to 125°C. This higher operating temperature helps minimize thermal runway and reduce temperature-related design margins.

The ACPL-M61M consumes low power LED driving current from 1.6mA and able to reduce external driving buffer. The device provides energy saving efficiency and withstands harsh industrial operating conditions.
