CEL L5206F RF PIN Diode

CEL L5206F RF PIN Diode is designed for WLAN, WiMAX, measuring instruments, and other RF switching applications. This SOD-523F molded plastic packaged PIN diode features low series resistance, low insertion loss, high isolation, low capacitance, and Matte Tin plated terminals. The L5206F PIN diode offers a maximum capacitance of 0.22pF, 10kΩ parallel resistance, -0.18dB insertion loss, -10dB isolation, and 1.5Ω maximum forward series resistance. The diode is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant.
