Diodes Incorporated AP9214L 1-Cell Lithium Battery Pack
Diodes Incorporated AP9214L Simple Solution for 1-Cell Lithium Battery Pack includes a protection chip and dual N-Channel, ultra-low RSS(ON) MOSFET with common drain. The AP9214L turns off the N-Channel MOSFET when detecting overcharge conditions (voltage and/or current). The AP9214L from Diodes Incorporated also turns off the MOSFET when detecting over-discharge conditions (voltage and/or current) or load short circuits. The device has a built-in fixed delay time to save external components and is housed in a U-DFN2535-6 package.Features
