Intel EN5339QI Buck DC-DC Converter with Integrated Inductor is a low profile, 3A, high efficiency, synchronous buck PowerSoC. This converter features an integrated inductor, PWM controller, MOSFETS, and compensation, providing the smallest possible solution size. The high-frequency operation allows for the use of tiny MLCC capacitors. This converter also enables a very wide control loop bandwidth, providing excellent transient performance and reduced output impedance. The internal compensation is designed for unconditional stability across all operating conditions. The output voltage is set via a simple and flexible resistor divider network.
