JAE Electronics DX07 I/O Connectors
JAE Electronics DX07 USB Type-C™ Connectors are compatible with next-generation USB Type-C specifications. The DX07 features a reversible plug orientation and supports SuperSpeed USB 10Gbps communication and 5A max. power supply. The next-generation USB Type-C has been defined by the USB-IF as an I/O connector specification for mobile phones, various PCs, and imaging devices.
The DX07 product offering includes a 16-Position USB Type-C.
Receptacles - Available in two contact mounting types: a space-saving two-row SMT type and a hybrid type with superior solder mounting reworkability. Also available in two mounting types: onboard and mid-mount.
Plugs - Available in two versions: standard and slim. Plugs are easy to insert with a smooth "R" on the tip of the mating area on the metal outer shell.
Waterproof - A unique design and insert molding process results in a highly reliable waterproof structure to satisfy IPX8 even after the reflow process. Two connector shell lengths offer even greater design flexibility so the connector can be used for a wide range of devices.
