KYOCERA AVX AT High Temperature MLCCs

KYOCERA AVX AT High Temperature Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) fulfill the demand for high-temperature components by offering a maximum operating temperature of 250°C. The original need was for capacitors that can reach a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, and KYOCERA AVX AT MLCCs surpass that level and are able to accommodate applications where higher temperature operation is crucial. This series offers a capacitance range from 2200pF to 1µF, a voltage range from 16V to 25V, and C0G (NPO) and VHT (X7R) dielectrics. These MLCCs are ideal for military and most commercial business applications where high-temperature components are greatly needed.
