Microchip Technology ATSAMR30M18A IEEE® 802.15.4™ Sub-1GHz Modules

Microchip Technology ATSAMR30M18A IEEE® 802.15.4™ Sub-1GHz Modules are compact RF modules for sub-1GHz Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) bands. These bands include 780MHz (China), 868MHz (Europe), and 915MHz (North America) and are optimized for low-power applications. The modules combine the SAMR30E18A, 16MHz crystal oscillator, discrete balun, lumped element harmonic reject filter, and required RF shielding. The devices are housed in a compact 12.7mm x 11.0mm design. As implemented on the Xplained Pro board, the module has passed regulatory approvals. These approvals include using the board with a chip or SMA monopole antenna.
