Microchip Technology ATtiny202/402 AVR Microcontrollers
Microchip Technology ATtiny202/402 AVR® 8-bit Microcontrollers feature Core Independent Peripherals and picoPower® technology. These Microchip MCUs use high-performance and low-power AVR Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) architecture. The ATtiny202/402 MCUs run up to 20MHz with up to 2/4kB flash, 128/256B of SRAM, and 64/128B of EEPROM in an 8-pin package. These MCUs employ a flexible and low-power architecture that includes an Event system, SleepWalking, accurate analog features, and advanced peripherals. The ATtiny202/402 MCUs offer single-cycle I/O access, a two-level interrupt controller, and a two-cycle hardware multiplier.Features
