STMicroelectronics SR5E1x Stellar E 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 Automotive MCUs are designed to meet the enhanced digital control and high-performance analog for wide bandgap power technologies, silicon carbide/GAN, and power conversion applications. The SR5E1x MCUs offer superior real-time and safe performance with high ASIL-D capability, security cryptographic services (HSM), and high-efficiency over-the-air (OTA) reprogramming capability. These features enable the continuous optimization of performance and post-sale upgrades of vehicle functions. The SR5E1x Stellar E 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 Automotive MCUs are available in two variations: a 14mm2 TQFP100 (SR5E1E3) package and a 24mm2 LQFP176 (SR5E1E7) package. Applications include onboard chargers, DC/DC converters, and advanced motor control like traction inverters.
